To volunteer you need to read carefully our Volunteer Agreement and sign and date the form.

You also need to complete this video Induction.  Please watch the videos below and answer the few simple questions to confirm you have watched it.  Then sign the confirmation of Induction Training at the bottom.

Here is a copy of our Safeguarding Report form.  This form  is required to be filled in under certain circumstances as detailed in video above.
